Apple Music Customer Service Issues

I am currently a subscriber of Apple Music. Recently, there was a default in my payment information, resulting in issues downloading music even after updating my payment details. Although I see two separate charges for the monthly fee on my account, I am unable to download music. This situation has left me frustrated as I believe I should have access to the music after making a payment. I am hoping for a prompt resolution without having to contact customer support. I used to have an Apple Music account. Recently, I moved from Canada to Mexico and had to cancel my Canadian credit card. Fortunately, I have a cross-border account in the US with another credit card. Can someone guide me on how to update my payment method using the US credit card to keep my account active? Also, when Apple canceled my account, I lost over 20,[redacted] songs that I had recorded on iTunes from CDs that I own. I am eager to have my music restored to my account.
