see above ... I am a contracted provider for Blue Cross. Testing codes were updated as of January *, ****. You have failed to pay me for any of the new codes, even when you have authorized them. I have sent several emails to the Behavioral Health Network relations email and have only gotten an automated response that someone would get back to me within * business days, which has not happened. I do not want an email response. I would appreciate a call back at ***-***-**** from someone who can help me resolve this matter. thank you.
