I'm a psychotherapist based in Oxford, England working with the son of one of Anthem's members. I'm trying to determine if Anthem can pay for my client's treatment, much like they have in the past back in the US as I understand. Your system is not suited to overseas clinicians, so please could you advise on this. Being in the UK I don't have the numbers you require via telephone to get through to an associate i.e US tax number or license numbers, and it has cost me nearly £** in calls to determine this, nor do you provide any email customer service support. The live chat on your site is for members, which my client is but I am not, and therefore cannot engage in any communication through this platform. Please give me an email contact to ensure my client remains in treatment. Previous email addresses you have given include: Credentialing-Anthem-SM, and Itha Gabriel, neither of which could help nor point me in the right direction. My experience of your system so far is of an evasive and unhelpful organisation and I would like cause to think otherwise.
