My name is Caryl Baldwin. I purchased and paid for 4 tickets to The Answer Town Hall event. Unfortunately, my uncle suffered a heart attack on Thursday, and his funeral is scheduled for today at 3 PM. Regrettably, I just received the heartbreaking news that my cousin's mother passed away this morning from a stroke, resulting in a double funeral. I am deeply shocked by these events. I have given the tickets to my friends who will be attending The Town Hall today. I am wondering if there is any chance I could receive a refund for the two tickets, or perhaps a partial refund. My husband, our friends, and I look forward to attending this event each year. Is it possible to receive tickets for next year instead? I thought I would reach out and ask. Thank you.

On March 14, [redacted], I contacted Samsung regarding an app download issue, but €1 was deducted from my account by answers.com instead of Samsung. I attempted to resolve the problem online unsuccessfully. Surprisingly, on March 17, [redacted], answers.com deducted €35 from my account, leaving me puzzled. Now, I am looking for the proper channel to file a complaint and request a refund from answers.com for these unauthorized charges.
