Hi:*I accessed your web site yesterday and had a problem. I started the process and everything was going along well. The first report to come up was Equifax which allowed me to download it, When I went to the other two* Experian and Trans Union, they came up, but it had no download access. I did not have any ink in my printer and when I finally replaced the ink cartridge the session had timed out. When I went and started the process over, it would not all ow me to get back in. I subsequently called the telephone number and ordered all * reports but needed them right away as I am applying for a new mortgage. Can you tell me if you can do the following:**.)
