I am experiencing issues with accessing my credit reports from TransUnion and Equifax. TransUnion did not provide a reason for not allowing me to view the report; they directed me to call [redacted]. Equifax is also not providing reasons and sometimes requires mailing copies of identity documents. When attempting to retry, it leads to public record questions unrelated to me, followed by the mail-in request. My spouse is encountering similar problems with Equifax. Contacting Annual Credit Report at [redacted] did not connect me with anyone for help or corrections. In the past, I obtained reports online with no difficulties and was able to speak with a representative who accurately recorded my information. I seek advice on how to resolve these issues. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered an issue on your website yesterday. Initially, things were progressing smoothly as I proceeded with the process. Equifax's report was the first to appear, allowing for download. However, upon trying to access Experian and TransUnion reports, there was no option to download. Since my printer was out of ink, when I replaced the cartridge, the session had expired. Upon restarting, I was unable to re-enter the session. Consequently, I called to order all 3 reports as I urgently need them for a new mortgage application. I am inquiring if you could either email all the reports to me at ([redacted]) or confirm the receipt of my phone request and provide an estimated timeframe for the reports to be sent via mail. Thank you. Best regards, W.J. Calzavara

I attempted to use annualcreditreport.com to access my credit report. However, after entering my details, I encountered two different error messages. Firstly, it stated it couldn't complete my enrollment without providing a contact number for customer care. Secondly, when trying to request a report from a single company, another message about a condition existing appeared. I have screenshots of both errors. I followed the instructions to call and submit my request over the phone, hoping to receive the report by mail. Hopefully, this method will be successful.

I would like to discuss a problem I encountered with your company. I recently received my annual credit reports, but all three reports have my last name misspelled. I contacted Experian on 4/9, and they promised to rectify the error and send a new report. However, Equifax informed me that they couldn't issue a report as I had already ordered one in the past year. Their report also had my incorrect last name. This mistake is critical as I am preparing to apply for a mortgage soon. I am unsure how to proceed since the 12-month rule prevents direct contact with the credit bureaus to address this issue. The error appears to have originated at ACR since it is consistent across all three reports.

I dialed 1-[redacted] to request my credit report but encountered difficulties with the automated system not recognizing my apartment number. I attempted to proceed without specifying "apartment," but the system still couldn't proceed. I'm looking to reach a human agent and wondering if there's an alternative number available. Unfortunately, I'm unable to print out the online form as I don't have a printer, but I'm in New York and can call a U.S. non-toll-free number due to my flat phone rate. I need help obtaining my credit reports from all three agencies for the first time, as it's a free service. Thank you for any assistance.

I contacted annualcreditreport.gov to request all three credit reports. Unfortunately, when the automated system asked for my address, it did not recognize the word "apartment," which is necessary as I reside in a high-rise building. I attempted again without the term "apartment" and only provided the apartment number, but I was unsuccessful. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a way to speak with a live person at the government agency to have the reports mailed to me. Regrettably, I am unable to print out the online report form as I do not have a printer. Thank you.
