To whom it may concern, Good evening. First and foremost, I would like to introduce myself. I work as a flight attendant for a major airline based out of New York, JETBLUE Airways. Our work group often shares information about purchases we make, especially regarding our uniform pieces due to strict guidelines we must follow. In June, I tried a different pair of loafers than the regular ones and I am extremely disappointed by this change. In less than 2 months, these shoes are falling apart. The bottom 1/2-inch block heel has holes, the sole is detaching from the leather, and the inside of the shoe is sinking. I was on vacation for about 3 weeks within these less than 2 months, so the shoes were not worn consistently. Unfortunately, I was unable to attach images of the shoes and the carbon fiber insole with the receipt, but I have them available. These shoes were purchased from my local DSW store. I am unsure of what can be done, but considering the amount of money spent on these shoes, I expected better quality. It is embarrassing to have to work with these shoes in my line of work, especially since they are new and already falling apart. Respectfully, Karin D. Capellan

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the watch my husband bought for me on December 7, [redacted], as a Christmas gift. I have been wearing it daily, but unfortunately, both leather bands securing the strap have split. This makes me hesitant to wear it, fearing I might lose it if the strap comes undone. I understand the warranty does not cover the strap, but given that I've only had the watch for 10 months, I did not expect the strap to wear out so quickly. Without the safety bands, it is unsafe to wear the watch as it might fall off due to a loose strap. I tried to get a new strap at H Samuel where it was purchased online, but they advised me to buy a new strap elsewhere. However, I have been unable to find a replacement strap. I believe the strap should have lasted at least a year or more, considering the price of the watch. I hope you can assist me with this issue. Looking forward to your response. Regards, J.R.

A few years ago, I purchased an Anne Klein suitcase. Unfortunately, on one of my trips, the luggage department broke off one of the spinner wheels. I contacted the airline regarding this issue, but they have not responded after several months. I am looking for a way to obtain another spinner wheel as I like my luggage and do not want to discard it. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. A few years ago, I bought an Anne Klein 25-inch Paisley suitcase. One of the spinner wheels got broken by the airline's luggage department during a trip, I reached out to them without getting a response. I'm hoping to find a replacement spinner wheel to avoid discarding the suitcase, as it has become cumbersome to handle. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
