If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Dear Animal jam, *I recently was hacked a few days ago. I got this email after being verified from AJHQ. They told me you could retrieve my account. **When I tried to log into my account "worldofhate", I realized that my password was no longer working and that my emails had been changed. **I tried to recover my password with my mom but she had forgotten the password to the parent dashboard. ***My backup account I am currently using is - Indiaisintown.**Please recover the password,*Thank you.
