I was discussing a new look with my friend Tashasnowleopard when she suggested a glider that she thought would suit me. Despite my initial reluctance, she convinced me to try it on during a trade. I asked her to promise to give it back, and she assured me she wasn't a scammer. Unfortunately, she didn't return the items as agreed. Instead, she insulted me and refused to return my pink and teal glider named Gummybear. I worked hard for Gummybear, who I adopted on August 12, [redacted]. Gummybear's favorite toy is Sugar Glider's Fruit Bowl, she enjoys milkshakes, and her personality is cautious, honest, and soft. My username is Pusheenfatcat00. Could you please return my pet to my account? Your help would mean a lot to me.

I previously emailed about the incident when it occurred, but received an automated response. My AJ username is anaya1900, linked to [redacted] or [redacted] I was scammed around 5:00 PM EST on May16th by a user named midnightdreamingz. Wanting to share my experience and hope for a resolution, I recount the events where I exchanged my black long for other items. The scammer duped me by making a generous offer that turned out too good to be true. Despite my suspicions, I went through with the trade only to be deceived and blocked by the scammer. The lost item holds sentimental value as I dedicated significant time in obtaining it. I kindly request the return of my black long collar and am willing to relinquish the items received in exchange. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I had an interesting experience on Animal Jam Play Wild recently. I attempted a giveaway after seeing a user with an item my friend had been seeking. The player, xxshadowcatssxx, hosted the giveaway with items like a Blackout Spiked Collar, Forest Gauntlets, and Crystal Pegasus Wings. The user gave away the Blackout and Forest items, but the situation took a turn when I tried to help someone else, an individual with "peach" in their username who wanted the Crystal Pegasus Wings. Upon offering a range of my best items, the other player accepted everything without reciprocating, leaving me without my prized possessions. If possible, I would appreciate the return of my Heart Ring, Feathered Hair, Long Elegant Hair, and Rare Bread Hat. My username is SupersonicFennekin. Today, while playing Animal Jam, I discovered a giveaway for a purple beta tail. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to participate in the event along with a few others. To my surprise, the giveaway turned out to be a scam. I traded valuable items for worthless ones, unknowingly falling victim to the deception. Unfortunately, when I realized the scam and attempted to rectify the situation, the owner locked me out. Now, I am unsure of what my next steps should be. My primary concern is retrieving my silver diamond shop spike. My username is Hopeytx. I understand that I may not receive assistance, as it was my oversight that led to this situation. I have received an erroneous bill for a renewal of Animal Jam, costing $29.95. I made the mistake of purchasing a month's renewal for my granddaughter just once, several years ago. However, they have continued to charge me monthly without consent. Although I resolved this issue before, they have billed me again unexpectedly. I am requesting the removal of this charge and for my credit card information to be deleted from their records. I believe there must be regulations against this practice, and I am willing to take further action if necessary. My granddaughter has not played this game in a couple of years.

My girlfriend has been unfairly banned from Animal Jam Classic after being scammed. She has been a dedicated player for years and this game holds a special place in her heart. Despite her innocence in the situation, she has received a permanent ban. Unfortunately, we have been unable to contact anyone for assistance as the phone number provided is not working, and the emails we send only result in automated responses promising to follow up later. Please reconsider the ban or provide us with a direct contact to resolve this matter with a real person.

I am having trouble logging into my account. My username is eliz3x. Despite following the suggestions in the help section, I still cannot access my account. The system tells me my account does not exist, but then it contradicts itself by saying my account does exist. This issue has persisted for a week now, and I have been unable to log in on my computer. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this matter.

Hello Animal Jam, I am Dannette6, playing in French. I recently encountered a situation where I got scammed by another player named Titou68. She convinced me to lend my holly necklace for an exchange and promised to return it. However, when I asked for it back, she demanded all my items in return. I refused and she threatened to block me. Even though I declined and cancelled the trade, my account got suspended.

Hello, I'm Dannette6, a French player on Play Wild. I once lent a holly necklace to a girl named Titou68. She wanted to try it on so I agreed. However, she later asked me to go to her house to exchange it again, which I couldn't do. I requested my necklace back, but she asked for all my items in return. I insisted on getting my necklace back as promised. She threatened to block and report me if I didn't comply. We couldn't reach an agreement, and after I canceled the exchange, my screen went black, and I got suspended.

I am unable to access my old account named Roxy744 as I have forgotten the password. This account was created between 2[redacted]. I recall trading away valuable items such as a blue long wrist, green cupids, and a party hat. Upon attempting to log in this year, I realized I did not remember the email associated with the account. Since I recently obtained a membership for the account Zetoza, I would like to transfer all items, animals, dens, and diamonds from my old account to the new one. I vaguely recall some password options like terri-lynn744, cocoRex17, or angelwolfdog. The associated emails could be shauni_mcdonald@ hotmail.ca or [redacted], possibly containing the name Shauni. I remember having a spike that I won in a giveaway and possibly being scammed for a frog plushy beta. I hope to have everything transferred to my new account Zetoza. Thank you. Hello AJHQ, I recently had my Blue Long Spike Collar, Porch Swing, Non-Glossy Pink Cupid Wings, Rare Nerd Glasses, Two Art Easels, Computer, Rare Green Long Wrist, Rare Pink Long Wrist, Red Short Wrist, Black Short Wrist, Black Short Collar, and a Robot scammed. If it's possible to access an item history to verify the items this player had in the past, please check my account, username: pawinii. The incident occurred at 10 pm, and the scammer's username is lyriclol. Your assistance in recovering these items is appreciated, but I understand if retrieval is not possible. Thank you.

My best friend decided to leave AJPW due to bullying and generously gave me her valuable in-game items since we know each other in real life. However, while away visiting my grandparents, I couldn't access the game as there was no WiFi. I entrusted my password to another person, hoping they would log in on my behalf. Unfortunately, this individual, whose username consists of random characters, instead transferred all the items to their account without permission. I am upset by this betrayal, as my friend who originally gave me the items is devastated. She suggested reaching out to AJHQ for assistance in recovering the lost items. Hello, I go by sillyemoji82 on the platform. I recently experienced a scam involving my phantom pet and other items I intended to trade for another phantom pet at level three. The individual responsible for this is known as 30v. I am seeking assistance in either recovering the level three phantom pet or obtaining my original items back. I encountered a hacking incident on Animal Jam today, and I understand how it happened. I made the mistake of trusting someone who wanted me to be in their YouTube video for Animal Jam. They redirected me to a fraudulent website under the guise of a French Animal Jam server. Subsequently, all the valuable items from both my main and backup accounts were taken. The hacker's username on Animal Jam is @cutelittlebunnyfriend. Among the items stolen were around 20-25 black longs, a green party hat, pink glossy wings, a rare item Monday headdress, a white beta tail, a brown beta tail, and various colored spikes. I am sincere in my request for assistance and hope for a resolution to this issue. My primary account is @taypup0209, and the secondary account affected was @taypups. I was unexpectedly switched to bubble chat for a day while playing Animal Jam, and I'm not sure why. My friend was live streaming under the username Winterclaws22, and I wanted to help promote her stream by mentioning the black long giveaway she was hosting at 2k subscribers. However, I encountered difficulties phrasing it correctly, and ended up being unable to communicate the message effectively. After a while, I had to take a break for dinner. When I returned to the game, I discovered that I was restricted to bubble chat for a day. Since I rely on free-chat, I found it challenging to navigate the game with this limitation. It would be great if Animal Jam could implement a live streaming mode that requires a verification process linking your YouTube channel for filming purposes. This feature could allow specific phrases like "_____ IS ON AIR! Please join!" or "______ IS LIVE STREAMING! Please join!" and prompt questions like "are you filming?" for added verification.

My parent dashboard details, including the email and password, have been changed without my permission. I am unable to access my Animal Jam account '24hrz' or my parent dashboard. I received an email confirming the change of the email address associated with my parent dashboard/account to '[redacted]' from the original '[redacted]'. I suspect this may be a result of hacking. I would like the email address associated with my parent account to be changed to a more secure one to prevent unauthorized access to both the parent dashboard and the Animal Jam account.

I believe my account was compromised in the last few days. The hacker has taken some of my items, and I've noticed missing valuable items like a silver party hat, RIM headdress, den betas, camis frog, and spiked collars. I realized I was hacked because my inventory shows necklaces at the top, a sign of unauthorized trades. I've changed my password, but I fear they may still have access. I've invested years in building my account, and I'm distressed. I seek assistance in recovering my lost items. I have a detailed list and screenshots of the missing items for verification.
