A few hours ago I purchased the * month Animal Jam membership, and while the Animal Jam app was telling me my card was declining, my bank got charged for not only one * month membership, but *! Although I got charged twice my AJ account still says "non-member." I would either like refunds for both of the charges, or I would like to keep the memberships and be on with my day. If I could get some help with my situation ASAP that would be excellent! If needed I can email pictures of the charges that was put on my card.
