Hello, I go by the username LittleSkip. Recently, I came across an offer for a free membership on someone's account named Arcticwoof. After playing a game and receiving the account details, I logged in and had been using it until last night. Unfortunately, when I tried to access the account this morning, I discovered that the password had been changed and someone else was using it. I left a message on Arcticwoof's jammer wall requesting my items back as everything I owned was on that account. The password before the change was 'dragons'. I had valuable items like diamond items and rares that I put on that account. I would like to either regain access to the Arcticwoof account with all my belongings intact or have my items returned.

For the past year or two, I have been unable to access my account "moomdo12". I have tried requesting a password reset, but the email hasn't been coming through to my Yahoo mailbox. I have already checked my spam and trash folders, but I can't find the reset email. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this issue and potentially regaining access to my account. While playing Animal Jam with my friends, someone warned me about getting hacked, and unfortunately, it happened. Despite changing my password multiple times, the hacker managed to log me out and wipe out all my progress, including my art, spikes, headdresses, and pets. I was using secure software that didn't require my password, but my account (saphireblue1233) was still compromised. The entire incident was captured on video. My YouTube handle is Saphireblue1232. I've been a player for over 5 years, and losing everything has been devastating. I'm not sure how to recover my items and I'm worried about being banned from the game.

My young cousin has forgotten her account password for a game she's been playing for years. She hasn't set up a parent account. She truly enjoys everything the game has to offer and has put a lot of time and effort into earning items on her account. Unfortunately, she's unable to log in now as the password isn't being accepted, despite being the same as her original username. She's looking for a way to reset the password without needing an email address.

Hello AJHQ, I am honest7 reporting a glitch with the multiplayer Jamaa Derby. When sending out a request to play on AJPW, both players are stuck on a "waiting for other horses" screen and cannot select their race position. This issue affects many players, and I hope you can investigate and resolve it as Jamaa Derby is a favorite multiplayer game for me and others on AJPW. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi, my account, marissaam24, has been restricted. My trading privileges were suspended for a day, and I'm unsure about the reason. Recently, I received an aviator helmet as a gift from ajhq through a wishlist contest on Animal Jam. This act seems to have upset a group of players in the game who have started harassing me and possibly reporting me for "scamming". Let me clarify that I haven't scammed anyone, and I believe my account shouldn't be restricted due to baseless reports. There is no evidence or chat logs to support the accusations of scamming because I genuinely haven't engaged in any fraudulent activities. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I'm having trouble accessing my AJPW account because it's no longer linked to my email. I accidentally shared my password which has led to hacking issues. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to AJPW for support, I haven't been able to fix the problem. My parents' account is not connected either. I stopped playing Animal Jam about a year and a half ago due to forgetting my password. Unfortunately, my email was full at the time, preventing me from fixing the issue. Consequently, I had to create a new email account. I am unable to access my parent tools as I forgot the password and only remember the username, ajanmailfun9999. I was in Jamaa Township when I received a trade request that I didn't click on, and later discovered my Spaceship Gray Wallpaper was missing. I suspect I may have been hacked or scammed as I didn't trade or gift it to anyone. I noticed an unusual duplication of items in my inventory before the disappearance. I shared my confusion with a friend through a video, and they can confirm the oddity. I'm reaching out to see if there's a way to retrieve my wallpaper or investigate the incident. I need assistance with my online account. It was suspended for 7 days due to my sibling accessing it and violating the rules by scamming, hacking, and using inappropriate language in Animal Jam. I request the suspension to be lifted as it was not my wrongdoing. I recently bought a 1-month Animal Jam membership. Even though the app said my card was declined, my bank was charged for two memberships. My Animal Jam account, clovercollie, was hacked by a jammer with two accounts, frappucinoo and 50 wolves. I realize it may be challenging to recover the items, but the jammer took my red long, which is disheartening. Although it's tough to prove, frappucinoo confessed to the theft in messages on Animal Jam. Currently, I'm safeguarding my items on another account. I kindly request that action be taken to ban frappucinoo from Animal Jam to prevent other jammers from facing similar issues. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I recently made a purchase on the Animal Jam shop for a sweatshirt, and the payment was debited from my bank account on the same day. I received an order confirmation but never received the item, even after a month has passed since I placed the order right after Thanksgiving. My granddaughter was looking forward to receiving this sweatshirt for Christmas, and its absence was a disappointment as I am on a tight budget. I had to use the money meant for the sweatshirt to purchase something else, which was our Christmas dinner fund. I would appreciate a refund or the delivery of the sweatshirt as soon as possible. My daughter fell victim to a scam from a player named Jammer1gnvn8. She lost her blackout spike and dizzy stars in the trade. Even though she still has the messages related to the scam, the player managed to deceive her with false promises and requests. Initially, he asked for help in acquiring a lucky horseshoe ornament tail, and in return, offered items like a pink and purple archer hat, pink dragon wings, and red cuffs. Believing she would receive valuable items in return, she traded away her blackout spike and dizzy stars. When she tried to communicate with the player afterward, she realized that she had been tricked as he had equipped her lost items. This unfortunate incident mirrors a similar experience shared by another player named havenkay on Christmas Eve at 2:30 AM. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

Another player scammed me yesterday for a rare black long spike collar, which holds significant value in Jamaa. I recently encountered a player on Animal Jam who added me as a buddy and then tricked me into giving away some valuable items. After sympathizing with his story about not being able to play due to bad grades, he offered me any items in his den. Excited, I agreed and selected several items only to be deceived into trading my valuable possessions like the dark blue worn, light blue skunk tail, color-changing star pillow, and orange gecko for nothing. The scammer, xaido2, then disconnected and removed me as a buddy. My username is spookygirlygamer, and I would appreciate it if the necessary measures are taken to retrieve my items and address xaido2's dishonest behavior, possibly leading to a suspension. It's concerning to think that others might have fallen victim to this player's deception as well. Thank you for looking into this matter.
