Hello! I just sent an email but forgot to mention something important. I rejoined as a member a few weeks back and now, I want to turn my computer artwork into a den item. I've created the art but was unable to make it a den item before because I wasn't a member at the time. However, after rejoining, I published one piece. It was mentioned that it would be accepted within a week, but I believe a week has passed now. Previously, the approval process for my artwork only took a few days. I also recently converted another artwork into a den item a couple of days ago. I just want to ensure that everything is proceeding smoothly with them and that they haven't encountered any issues. Hello Animal Jam Headquarters, I need to report a recent scam involving my daughter. Her username, Will99308, was scammed by a player named hidarknes during a giveaway event. The items she lost include a black mummy tail, a blackout spiked collar, a rare spiked wristband in green, a rare green long spiked wristband, a pink rare stegosaurus, a blue rare stegosaurus, a rare black spiked long, and a rare green and black headdress. I kindly request the return of these items to her account. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my username is darkraven89. I want to report a player named smudgedpaper who scammed me today, 10/20/19. I suspect she has scammed others before. I worked hard to earn my items in Animal Jam, but they were taken by someone I thought was a friend. She offered me free rares, asking me to add her on Discord. After downloading EditThisCookie as instructed, she had me copy and paste a sequence of characters from Animal Jam to her. Shortly after, she blocked me on Discord and Animal Jam. Upon returning, my avatar was altered and all my items were gone, including 86 diamonds and approximately 56,[redacted] gems. I acknowledge my mistake in trusting a recent acquaintance. I am upset about the situation and seek appropriate actions to be taken. Thank you, darkraven89.

I am interested in working for AJHQ to assist players on adventures and help them level up. I believe in helping both members and non-members, as I think everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the game. I want to be like Aparri, but the helpful version by trading items, assisting players, and friending non-members to change the perception that members are better than non-members. I aim to show that members are also kind and friendly. I recently experienced a hack on all accounts associated with my main account, particularly my member account under the name Arinerra. Arinerra had significant rare items, including spikes, skunk tails, and more. Following the hack, the account was permanently banned, leading to the loss of valuable items such as a red long spike and several shorts. Additionally, I had a separate incident of being scammed last year, losing items like an orange long on my main account. I had kept a spare account as a backup in case of a lockout from the main account, but unfortunately, both accounts were compromised. I had been actively trying to catch a hacker on video for evidence, and despite wanting to report the incident, I am still saddened by the scam. I lost rare items like a pet seal and a rim headdress, which were the most significant losses. I am seeking assistance in recovering my items, especially on my spare account named Viscogrilsarebad. I regret to inform you that my rare long pink spiked collar was unfortunately scammed by a jammer who goes by the name "[redacted]" and has an alternate account named "threemonkeys3." Initially, I trusted this person, but it turns out they were deceptive. I have screenshots as evidence of the trade before my item was taken, and I am hopeful that there may be a possibility to retrieve my item. I take full responsibility for being scammed and will strive to be more cautious in the future. While my daughter was playing Animal Jam, I supervised as she interacted with other players. She visited a non-member seal player's house offering a long spike as a trade. The seal stated that the "best trade wins." My daughter's desired item was a black long spike, and she traded several spikes, broken/rare orange wings, and a purple feather crown for it. Initially hesitant, my daughter inquired with other players exchanging trades who vouched for the seal player. After accepting the trade, they were abruptly ejected from the house. My daughter wishes to retrieve her items, and I am seeking the ban of the player involved. Thank you.

About two weeks ago, I was scammed by Paislylavafox out of several of my valuable items. I'm looking for advice on how to recover them. My username in the game is catlover647. The items I lost include a silver diamond shop spike, a black out spike, a yellow neon spike, black skullys, a dark blue fox hat, an orange coffee table, blue tea pots, a green and a purple worn blanket, a white flower crown, a rare feather tail, and a set of rare spartan armor. I understand that it was a mistake to trust Paislylavafox with all of these items. I've tried reaching out through jam-a-grams, but Paislylavafox has ignored me, removed me from their buddies list, and I suspect they may have blocked me. I'm struggling to find a way to contact AJHQ regarding this issue.

Hello, I have recently experienced an issue with losing one of my items in Animal Jam. While playing, I was trying to acquire a black long and ended up trading a necklace for another necklace, realizing later that my purple long was missing. Despite feeling calm, I was concerned as my purple long had sentimental value. While initially thinking I was hacked, I am unsure now, but I have shared my situation with a friend who suggested reaching out to AJHQ. I am contacting them to address whether it was a glitch or if the item was lost. I believe I was present during the incident and would have noticed if I was hacked. Dear Ajhq, I recently signed into my Ajpw account (username: pikachunix) to play. After playing, my sister signed in on her account. When I tried to log back in, I realized my account is linked to an old email set up by my mother. I am contacting you from my new email as I no longer remember the old one. I fell victim to a scam by Virith who used multiple spare accounts to deceive me. She took all my rare pets, NM pet bears, and a tan headdress. Another person named DTAD AJ on YouTube also experienced being scammed by Virith, who interestingly ended up gaining more in return. I shared additional details of my unfortunate experience in the comments on that video. Many other players on Animal Jam were also scammed by Virith around the same time. I worry about the possibility of never recovering my lost items since I'm unsure if AJHQ can replace them. Should you look for my comment on DTAD AJ's video, my username on YouTube is CaylaMay. Perhaps through trading history or player records, the accounts can be traced, like Virithi and one that began with "Jammer" followed by letters and numbers.

Dear AJHQ, I recently fell victim to a scam by a user I can't recall the exact name of; however, I believe it might have had "cookie" in it. The scam involved a giveaway where they promised a green head dress and a purple rare long spiked collar. They manipulated players into participating by creating rounds, and during the trade, they deliberately locked me out of the exchange after I accidentally confirmed the offer. This incident left me feeling upset, especially since the blue long rare spiked collar I lost was my only rare item. I confided in my friend (ita11) about what happened. Is there any way to track the trade history of my account (peachyflare0) to identify the user who took my items and possibly retrieve them? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I recently discovered that my account "maemaekersten624" has been banned. I am unsure of the reason for the ban as I only spent about an hour on AJPW yesterday. I've had concerns that someone may have accessed my account as the password was simple, prompting me to change it whenever possible. I have owned this account for approximately 3 years and have made significant progress. I am devastated by this news, especially since I started a YouTube channel linked to the account "Purple Dino Eating Tacos" and have had friends connected to it for over a year. Despite experiencing suspensions in the past without cause, I suspect unauthorized access to my account. I am willing to take any necessary steps to recover my account.

While at Worrystones Den, she mentioned she was leaving Animal Jam and would gift her Fox Hat and Blue Long items to the player who provided her with the best-quality items. To participate, players needed to trade specific items including a Fox Hat, Sword, Green Candy Cane Socks, and other clothing. After trading the required items, Worrystones locked her den and returned all items except the most valuable ones, allegedly scamming players. The situation was reported but the valuable items were not returned. The player, using the username Nightlockarrows, is urging for a review by Animal Jam to recover the lost items.

I have been purchasing memberships for my Animal Jam account, snowliv, but have been encountering issues where I am not receiving the membership benefits despite being subscribed in the App Store. To try and resolve this, I created a new Play Wild account named yukixmeow to purchase membership there with the intention of transferring it to an Animal Jam PC account in the future, but unfortunately, the membership did not transfer as planned. I am feeling frustrated and believe I may have been scammed. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue, request a refund, and successfully purchase a membership. I have purchased memberships for my Animal Jam accounts under the usernames snowliv and yukixmeow, but they are not working. While the App Store shows I am subscribed, I do not have access to the membership benefits in the game. I tried creating a new account to purchase membership, hoping to transfer it later, but the issue persists. While playing Animal Jam Play Wild, I encountered some bullying in a role play at Gabby's Animal Hospital. Feeling upset, I mistakenly typed the f word in the chat. Shortly after, a message popped up saying my account had been suspended. I adore the game and I am worried about my account status. I prefer not to have bubble chat as it limits my activities like role plays and trading. I sincerely hope that my account will be reinstated without any restrictions. 🐾

User 330i has scammed me by refusing to return my traded items. They convinced me the trade was fair, but after exchanging my purple long wrist for their non-glossy tan cupid wings, they denied my request for a reversal and left. Another user was impolite towards me in this situation, though I chose to ignore it. Politely, I bid them farewell with a "Have a nice day :)" before departing. My username is Galaxydreamm. I am eager to retrieve my wrist and return the cupid wings, as I believe it is only fair for both parties involved.
