My username is Testpencil, and I was scammed out of my purple long spike. Two member accounts, which seemed to belong to the same person, offered me three black longs and a silver party hat in exchange for me finding them a white witch party hat. Unfortunately, I can't recall their usernames due to the confusion of their names like northenscktarmoon. After I agreed to the trade, they locked me out of their den. I'm devastated because I put so much effort into earning my spike over the four years I've played this game. It's disheartening to see scammers victimizing other players. If possible, could you help me recover my purple long spike? I would be extremely grateful. If not, I may have to quit as I have lost everything I've worked for to a scammer. Your assistance in getting my spike back would mean the world to me.

I had a troubling experience on AJ during a trading session. Despite following the instructions, the trade didn't go as planned. I traded my rare squirrel and other pets, but a lag issue caused the trade to finalize before I could cancel it. My username is PrincessAbbi, and I am seeking assistance in retrieving my items from the other user involved, a non-member with an Arctic Wolf. The lag on AJ prevented me from canceling the trade, resulting in the loss of my beloved squirrel pet. I am disappointed in the program's performance during this incident. Hello, recently I've been playing Animal Jam for a while now. I downloaded it on my phone back when I was in elementary school, and now I'm in high school. I've reached level 16 by working hard to earn coins and sapphires. Today (07/29/19), I was thinking about whether to buy an Arctic Wolf or not. When I visited the sapphire shop, I mistakenly traded in [redacted] sapphires for eleven thousand coins because I misunderstood the trade option. I didn't realize my error until I checked my sapphires amount. I started with [redacted] sapphires and now only have [redacted]. My username is aburntchickennugget. I registered on a site called AJ Testing, where they promised free items if I entered my username, password, and email. After doing so, I received an email stating that my parent's account email had been changed to [redacted] As a result, I couldn't access my Animal Jam account or my parent's account. Despite contacting them from a spare account and they initially agreed to change the email back to mine, they switched it back to their email soon after. Consequently, I lost valuable items from my account including my black long, red long, and yellow long. I am desperate to regain access to my account, currently tied to their email, and I'm unsure how to reverse this.

Despite receiving an email from Animal Jam HQ detailing reasons for the ban, my daughter denies engaging in any prohibited activities. I am requesting a ban for a scammer named Ocean Sunnyeyes, a turquoise and pink koala in Animal Jam. They lured me into their den promising a giveaway, built trust with a trade, and then suddenly scammed my rare red spiked wristband. Despite warnings, I trusted Ocean and lost an item dear to me. This experience taught me to be cautious with trades. I hope Ocean faces consequences for their dishonest actions. Thank you, AJHQ, for your dedication to keeping the game safe for all players.

I need help recovering my account. I invested a significant amount of money and time into it, and my email associated with the account has been changed. This is my original account where I have collected almost every animal and Den in the game. Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error stating my username and password cannot be found. Please assist me in recovering this account, as it is crucial to me. I am willing to give a five-star rating for the app and encourage my friends to do the same if my account is successfully restored. Hello AJHQ, I am a 15-year-old player who recently had my account, Duki70, hacked by a user named Books, who had fancy text in their name like βØØҜŞ. They offered me free membership for a week and free chat, claiming it didn't break any rules. They instructed me to type in [redacted] in the parent account setting, which I didn't know existed. After doing so and refreshing the page, I found myself logged out and unable to log back in as my password didn't match. I'm hesitant to share my email due to my parents' rules, but you can reach me on my spare account, SnapwingFalcon, if you can assist. I lost valuable items, including short spikes, possibly a black Long, a headfeather, a Windjammer hat, various wrists, and more. Hello AJHQ, I am reaching out on behalf of my best friend whose accounts were banned. The usernames are EllyPuff2000 and 8BallKing. He is unsure of what occurred, and as his close friend, I witnessed his distress this morning (9/4/19). Since then, I have been attempting to find a moment to send this email as I genuinely care about him. Is there any possibility that he can have access to at least those two accounts restored? Hello AJHQ, I recently fell for a scam and lost a significant amount of my rare items and promos. My username is Kaiyowo, and this unfortunate incident occurred on September 5th, [redacted], around 11:10 pm. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the scammer's username, but they lured me in by claiming to host a black and silver headdress giveaway. Excited at the prospect, I traded away my orange long spiked collar, yellow short collar, black short collar, custom headfeather, peacock feather tail, black worn, neon bow and arrow, and a wind jammer hat. A friend warned me that it might be a scam, but it was too late. I was locked out of the den after the trade. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in returning these items. My friend was kind enough to return my black short collar, so that is the only item I have recovered. Many of these items were acquired through art commissions, so losing them has been disheartening. I am a member.

Hello Animal Jam team, Today, my daughter was upset while trying to trade with a player named "Banannaface46" who had some rare items she desired: a Purple Long Spike Collar, Black Long Spiked Collar, and Purple Headdress. The player suggested a game called "Accept Twice and Cancel," where the best trade wins. However, she didn't win. She suspects something fishy between two players, "Smoothsilence" and "Zombiehead55," believing they might be the same person with multiple accounts. She suspects a scam. Another player, Rxndi, was also scammed of her neon bow. Even though Rxndi isn't my child, my daughter would like you to consider returning the items. She has recorded the gameplay for your review. It's disheartening to see false accusations like Banannaface46 claiming to quit for college. My daughter lost a Black Long Collar and a Pink Deer Fur. Her username is Xanibean, and she was locked out by the scammer. She hopes to receive the items she should have won. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently encountered a troubling situation involving a player named tiropira12 who tricked me into a concerning trade scheme in my den. Despite feeling pressured, I tried to be polite but eventually declined the trade, which led to insults from tiropira12 and my unexpected suspension. Feeling upset, I reached out to tiropira12 on my other account, Goldstarvx, only to discover he admitted to being a scammer. This heartbreaking experience has left me in tears, especially knowing that my account's future is uncertain. I hope you can review my warnings and suspension. I am experiencing an issue as I was hacked by ayla2001. When she approached me on AJ, she took all of my items. I have already blocked her and submitted a report, but no action has been taken yet. She took multiple valuable items including rare black, diamond magenta and yellow spikes, purple worn spiked collar, Rare Fox hats in different colors, rare nerds, Fish Bowl, Fountain, Jukebox, Rocking Horse, Strobe Light, Train Set, Flower Carpet, Moon Dirt, various carpets and wall designs, and Cami’s Frog. Could you please address the situation? Ayla2001 is a known hacker on Animal Jam.

I recently encountered an issue where my items were stolen by a player named Ayla**** on Animal Jam. Despite blocking and reporting her, no action has been taken. The items she took include a rare black spike, diamond magenta spike, diamond yellow spike, purple worn spiked collar, various rare fox hats, nerds, Fish Bowl, Fountain, Jukebox, Rocking Horse, Strobe Light, Train Set, Flower Carpet, Moon Dirt, and numerous other items. I am dismayed by this and hope for some resolution against this hacker. It would be greatly appreciated if some of my items could be returned as I put in a lot of effort and time to collect them. I set up an extra account with the username Rrhinosareawesome. I added various items to the account, including a purple short, due to security concerns about a hacker. Despite creating a strong password, I am unable to access the account. The password I used was a combination of numbers and letters: [redacted]qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm. I did not link this account to an email address, so I am unable to reset the password. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my items. Thank you.

Hello AJHQ, I was shocked to find out that my Animal Jam account was permanently banned without any apparent reason. I am distraught as I have not engaged in any misconduct on the platform. I request that you look into this issue promptly. I have invested significant time and effort into the game and have recently acquired a one-year membership. My black and white rare furry cuffs were scammed by a major scammer named Koolaiddolly and her spare accounts are omq, m0v3, and possibly more. This scammer has targeted many friends and buddies, causing a lot of harm. It's important for Animal Jam to address this issue on Animal Jam Play Wild and prevent her from continuing to scam others. Removing this major scammer would greatly improve the community.

In the last three days, we have collected well over [redacted] gems from playing games, especially earning over [redacted] gems from the PILL BUGS game alone.
