I am trying to regain access to my AJPW account, Lunarcookie22. I remember my password, but it keeps saying it's invalid. I also tried to use my parent's email, but that was also marked as invalid. I am unsure what the issue could be, and I fear my account may have been banned. I had many valuable items on that account that I used for a couple of months. My daughter encountered a distressing situation yesterday where someone attempted to befriend her on Animal Jam only to later steal her items. This behavior goes beyond harmless play and is quite deceitful. I advised her that if such incidents go unchecked, we may need to cancel her membership. I would appreciate knowing the measures in place to prevent unfair trading and theft among children on Animal Jam. It is concerning that a child can block another user after a trade. Additionally, how does the reporting process work? I came across a video on Youtube labeling the scammer as Unicornfurz. I value my daughter's membership but I am now hesitant to continue given these issues. Thank you, a concerned parent.

My daughter created an account without using a parent email. I've been trying to add a parent email, but whenever we log in using her account, hails4, the game kicks her out for inactivity. Animal Jam customer service hasn't been able to assist since there's no parent email linked to the account. Even creating a new account didn't prompt for a parent email, and the same inactivity issue persists. This has been frustrating as my daughter has been eager to play for a while. I've attempted on both PC and Android with different accounts, but we keep getting logged out in a loop with the message "you've been gone too long." Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been enjoying Animal Jam for a while now, and recently received a free 10-day membership which I really enjoyed. It brightened my day after a tough time at school. Unfortunately, it expired, and I felt down, especially when faced with bullying. I wish memberships could be free or that the Arctic Wolf could be accessible to non-members as it would mean a lot to me and my family. I had a special friend in my family who adored Animal Jam but couldn't afford a membership due to battling cancer. Despite loving the game, her health was the top priority, and she sadly passed away. She would have shared the same sentiments as me. Please consider making Arctic Wolves available to non-members. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to hear from you soon. Goodbye.

My parental account got banned due to some jammers breaking rules. However, there's more to the story. Several children's accounts were hacked, leading to rule violations by the hacker. As a teacher, I use this game to assist these children. The ban on my parent account resulted in everyone losing their progress. I intended to purchase memberships for all accounts, but now I cannot do so. My daughter, battling cancer, simply desired to enjoy Animal Jam as a member with her tallgirl200 account. Unfortunately, that dream seems shattered. I urge the Animal Jam team at headquarters to consider the situation empathetically and reconsider the ban on the parent account and the jammers' accounts. Your understanding would mean a great deal to me and my daughter.

I encountered a scam/hack incident involving a player using the username "xshanloux." This individual took all my valuable items like a short collar, short and long wristbands, black top hat, black worn, spooky top hat, red fox hat, and nerd glasses (adventure edition). I feel devastated as these items represented my hard work in the game. I've been an Animal Jam fan for a long time. However, this experience has made me reconsider my enjoyment of the game. The scammer accessed my account, repeatedly kicked me out, and ultimately stole everything. I am pleading for the player "xshanloux" to be banned and for my possessions to be returned. Without them, I see no reason to continue playing. My account is under the name "megg50" with the password "megan1," and the email associated with it is "[redacted]" I primarily play on my PC and also have the app installed.

I recently fell victim to a scam from a user called "xshanloux" on Animal Jam. They took all my valuable items, such as a short collar, a short wristband, long wristbands, black top hat, black worn, spooky top hat, red fox hat, nerd glasses, and more. I've dedicated a lot of time to this game since...****?? This incident has left me devastated, and I'm considering quitting. "xshanloux" gained access to my account, kicked me off multiple times, and eventually cleaned me out. I urge the game administrators to ban this player and kindly request the return of my items. Without my hard-earned belongings, I feel demotivated to continue playing. My account name is "megg**," with the password "megan*," and the associated email is "*****@***.com." I play on PC and also use the app, with game version 1.3.1.

I would like a refund for my Animal Jam account membership under the username KayleighFin. I mistakenly purchased it on Christmas (25/12/[redacted]) but intended to decline. After realizing my error, I tried to reverse the transaction but unintentionally bought additional items. I spent around £40 and would appreciate a refund. I rarely use the app, so the year-long membership does not suit my needs. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

I discovered unauthorized charges on my account over the weekend, prior to a holiday. My 9-year-old granddaughter confessed to using the app, which is unusual for her to make purchases without parental permission. I only received notifications from Apple after the charges were incurred. I do not want any subscriptions or activities on my account. Despite having exclusive access to my device, I am now being alerted by Apple about attempted access to my Apple ID from another state, presumably by a hacker. I have ceased payments for Apple services until this matter is addressed. Can minors or hackers be responsible for these charges? My Apple ID is [redacted]

Dear AJHQ, I recently experienced a hack and lost some of my cherished items, including a special gift I planned to give to my friend once she got her membership next month. I am reaching out to inquire if there is any way you can assist me in retrieving my lost items. My granddaughter, Fantasia, (Brookie3565, or Tayrin566 for backup) was hacked on Animal Jam on 11/31/[redacted]. She was gone at her sister's house during the New Year's Eve and New Year period. When she returned and tried to play Animal Jam, the page was not available. After trying to figure out the issue, she suspected someone may have hacked her account. Despite initial worries, she managed to access her game briefly but was eventually logged out and found her account suspended. She then discovered her items were missing, including a red long and a purple long she had worked hard for over three years. She was heartbroken to lose these prized possessions and pets. She appealed for help to find the hacker and potentially retrieve her items, although she understood it might not be possible. As a temporary solution, she would continue playing on her backup account, Tayrin566, as she couldn't remember the email associated with Brookie3565 to change the password.

Hello AJHQ, I need assistance with my account issue. My username is Diamondclawsnowy38. Upon logging in after school, I noticed that all my clothes and den items were missing. I managed to acquire my dream item, a rim headdress, only to find it gone now. I suspect my account was hacked as I never shared my password except in an email to you recently. I feel devastated as I worked diligently over two years to collect my items. I am unable to discuss this with my parents as they may not understand the significance to me. My inventory has drastically reduced from [redacted] to 4 clothes and from [redacted] to 33 den items. Some of the lost items include a rim headdress, orange long, red, blue, purple shorts, first generation silver diamond spike, orange and black worn items, epic giraffe plushie (promo), rare claw, 40 den betas, chocolate fountains, and my own masterpieces. I trust the AJ workers but I am unsure if one of them accessed my account. Kindly restore my items and investigate the unauthorized access. I recently reached out to your Animal Jam support email pretending that my account was hacked, listing rare items that I wanted to acquire. Shortly after, I discovered my account was actually being hacked. I now only have three items left, which I transferred to another account. These remaining items are a yellow Jamaaliday bow, sheep cloak, and white Cupid wings. I admit to wanting more rare items, but I regret causing trouble. I've faced difficulties lately, including the loss of my best friend's dad to cancer and my cat's passing. Dealing with these hardships, I found happiness in playing Animal Jam. I recently purchased an item from the diamond shop and used my blackout spiked collar on it for one diamond. It sold out quickly, and I didn't realize that using the collar in the shop would cause it to disappear entirely. I am now without my blackout spiked collar, and I feel disappointed in myself for not knowing this would happen. If anyone would be kind enough to gift me another spiked collar, like a black long spiked collar or the one I had before, I would appreciate it. I need the gift as soon as possible. Thank you.

I want to clarify that I am not a hacker; a recent incident in my chat history was due to someone deceiving me. It is beyond comprehension why anyone would resort to hacking for a pet phantom. Unfortunately, my login issue arose when I was timed out and realized I had forgotten my password, as it was too intricate for me to recall. The reason for different email accounts on both accounts was due to a timing issue with my mom's absence. My genuine parental email is now associated with my active account, Purry123. Mirrorwisp is so significant to me because when I obtained him, I faced challenges being a non-member and acquiring sapphires. His appearance struck a perfect balance for me. To add credibility, I remember signing up for that account in early October. I sincerely plead with AJHQ to transfer Mirrorwisp to Purry123, as this phantom holds immense emotional value, bringing me to tears as I make this request.

I fell victim to a scam involving my black long item. I made a mistake of trusting a player named "tinkerbellz" who is actually my cousin from California. Despite some suspicious activity on her account, I believed she wouldn't deceive me. She asked to borrow the black long for a month for her birthday, and I agreed. However, within a week, we had a family dispute, and now I can't communicate with her. After some harsh words from her, she refused to return the item. I'm heartbroken and desperate for help. My daughter, wolfgirl37848, is having trouble logging into her Animal Jam Play Wild mobile account because she forgot her password. Despite submitting three support tickets, I can't reset the password as instructed. The parent tools screen just appears solid lime green with no other options. Hi AJHQ, I am nekolove567, and I have some suggestions to improve the game. Although this is not a request for help, I believe that reintroducing betas or "rares" into the game would enhance the gameplay. Many players, including myself, spend countless hours trying to obtain rares, which has become a central focus for new and existing players. I feel that focusing solely on acquiring rares takes away from the true essence of the game, which is building friendships and connecting with others. This obsession with rares can negatively impact players' lives as they spend excessive time trading to excel in the game. By reintroducing betas, players would not feel the need to stay up late, face scams, or fall victim to hacks. Bringing back these items could foster a more peaceful and harmonious gaming environment.
