I frequently play Animal Jam with my friend after school. Unfortunately, she had to create a new account, resulting in us not being able to access the same features as members. My friend, whose username is bird11552, has been going through a tough time as her mom is in the hospital, and her brother is also absent. I kindly request to unsuspend her account as I am feeling frustrated and sad about this situation.

I am reaching out about my daughter, Snowey2576, who sadly passed away on June 13th. Animal Jam meant everything to her, especially since she battled a rare and aggressive form of child cancer. As she lost mobility, creating videos became her outlet for expressing herself. Snowey2576 was a dedicated jammer who inspired others despite her own struggles. Recently, another jammer named Trinity Martinez posted a video that disgraced Snowey2576, causing distress among many jammers who requested its removal. The disrespectful nature of Trinity's comments goes against the values of the Animal Jam community. I hoped others would intervene, but I am now asking for your assistance in addressing this issue. Snowey2576 believed in respect, dignity, and love within the Animal Jam community and would have wanted positive interactions. With so many supportive comments for her, especially since she was only 11 years old, I kindly urge you to remove the inappropriate video.

I recently encountered a scam while trading virtual items in a game. I mistakenly confirmed an offer including valuable items like a phantom beanie, rare bat wings, a sword, peacock feathers, nerd glasses, a long orange wrist, and some rims. Initially, I traded a wrist and got it back, increasing my trust in the other player. However, when I made a bigger offer with all the listed items, they refused to give them back. Their username is leftey, but they claimed it was a backup account. I tried reaching out, but they ignored me, removed me from their friends list, and left the area. My username is clarar4. While playing Animal Jam, I encountered a giveaway situation. I proceeded cautiously by only trading my long orange wrist. The other party accepted and returned the trade. As they kept returning the items, I felt comfortable and gradually included more valuable items in the trade. Inadvertently, I confirmed a trade containing a considerable amount of my possessions, including a phantom beanie, rare bat wings, peacock feathers, a pirate sword, long orange wrist, yellow taped nerd glasses, and some rare item Mondays. When I tried to rectify the mistake by asking for my items back, they not only declined but also locked me out of their den. The scammer, named "Leftey," claimed it was a backup account and possibly transferred the items to their main account. My username is "Clarar4." Despite these unfortunate events, I appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you. P.S. Although it's not a priority, I would enjoy attending a giraffe-themed party in the future.

Hello AJHQ, I'm reaching out because my friend's account was hacked by someone who guessed her password and changed it. This person, whom I know, is unresponsive when approached about the issue. My friend had a membership on the game that she paid for herself, but now she's locked out of her account. The hacker is using the account to make purchases and create content. This has happened multiple times, but it's becoming concerning since the hacker changed the password to my friend's old email address, which she can't access. The original password was 'nela121', and we no longer have access to it. It would be helpful if you could transfer the items to a new account for us. I am having trouble accessing my Animal Jam account because I forgot the password. The email I used for the account is no longer accessible, and the parent account setup was incomplete, making it impossible for me to reset my password. I am hoping Animal Jam can assist me in recovering my password. I can provide proof of ownership through the old Animal Jam gift cards I used to purchase memberships in the past.

I contacted to cancel my daughter's Animal Jam account "neonbright2" because I struggled to understand how the game functions. Unfortunately, my daughter is now banned from Animal Jam, and I would appreciate it if her account could be reactivated. After she explained the game and its features to me, I realized it is a cute game for her. I apologize for canceling the account earlier and now wish to have it reactivated. My account, Nightfallsnevermoor, was banned. I have not violated any rules on Animal Jam with this account. I would understand if it was my other account, but losing 6 years worth of stuff without warning is hard to accept. I might have made a mistake once when I accidentally typed an inappropriate word, but nothing severe. I am 18 years old and have played Animal Jam since the first birthday event. The reason given mentions game security and account privacy, but I have only shared basic information on my YouTube channel with a small number of subscribers. I feel the ban is unjust.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the recent banning of my account, "Cottonle," earlier today. I am the rightful owner of this account and have not logged into it recently. Upon reviewing the discipline history, I noticed multiple entries for "inappropriate behavior," which I find concerning as I have never engaged in such actions. While I have been suspended before, it has never been for reasons of this nature. I logged into my account this morning only to discover that it had been hacked. I lost many of my favorite items, a total of one hundred. The stolen items include five spikes, five candy cane socks, two nerd glasses, five worns, four fox hats, five flower crowns, 18 den betas, my bone tail, three elf tail armors, three pirate swords, two cupid wings, three Jamaaliday sweaters, a pair of cat ears, two big fluffy coats (I'm not sure of the exact name), two furry hats, a Jamaaliday bow, a magenta spike, promo yellow bow, a black and pink normal sweater, and a pair of sunglasses. I understand that not all items can be recovered, but I would greatly appreciate it if most of them could be returned. Additionally, the hacker changed my chat to bubble chat, which was unnecessary. My friend in real life offered me a black long spiked collar, nerd glasses, and a flower crown with an unclear deal that was too good to pass up. Her username is MoonIvy. My child wanted to change her username from bunnyay9 to Flurkle as she felt the original one was too childish. However, when we requested the change via email, two separate accounts were created - one named Flurkle and the other still being bunnyay9. We wanted bunnyay9 to simply be renamed Flurkle, retaining all her items, den items, and buddies. Sadly, bunnyay9 remains with a non-working password, and Flurkle is now a separate member account. We are seeking assistance to merge the accounts and transfer all items, den items, and buddies to the Flurkle account, as our intention was solely to change the username, not lose any belongings. We kindly ask for Animal Jam's support in restoring my child's items to her original account, bunnyay9, now named Flurkle.

This is my second request to Animal Jam regarding an unresolved issue. However, I have not received any response since reaching out about a week ago. The problem is regarding my son's account, which I purchased for $29.95 on Sept 4th. Approximately three weeks ago, his account seemed to have been hacked as he couldn't log in using his usual credentials. Due to this, he has been unable to access his account. I am requesting an immediate refund of the $29.95 I paid as I am not receiving the service I paid for. I am willing to create a new account, but only after receiving the refund for the previous payment. I am an old player of Animal Jam. It has been over a year since I last logged into my account. When attempting to access my account under the username Chiefvonlilly or Chiefvonlily, I discovered that it had been banned. I have never engaged in any behavior that would warrant a ban. I suspect my account may have been hacked, as I did not receive any ban notifications. When searching for the username on my spare account, Doggie7776, it showed that the account could not be found. I recently experienced a scam in Kimbara. A nonmember wolf claimed there was a giveaway at his den, and despite my initial doubts, I went there along with many others. The wolf proposed a trust trade, which made several people leave, but I stayed out of curiosity. He mentioned a magenta furry giveaway from his other account. As the trades commenced, he declared winners. I traded my sheep cloak, red flower crown, two black longs, and a pink headdress, hoping to win the magenta furry. After the trade, he locked me out of the den without giving me the promised item. I seek assistance in recovering my lost items. Another detail is that while in the den, I added him to my buddy list, and he never removed me even after the scam. His username is amood, and mine is kittycatawsome14. Kindly help resolve this situation.

I sent an email yesterday, but I'm not sure if it went through since I didn't receive any confirmation. Additionally, I tried calling your phone number, but it didn't work for me. My daughter's account, Natalia8010, was scammed and hacked by someone named ææææææææææææææ. This individual pressured her to trade and somehow managed to accept trades even when my daughter declined. This incident has left my daughter devastated. Please assist in retrieving her 4 spikes and addressing the actions of this scammer. Thank you for your help. If I am unable to reach you, I will have to report this issue, as it is unacceptable that such individuals are on Animal Jam. Our children's safety on the platform should be a top priority.
