I am a frequent purchaser of the "Easy Apple" beverage, typically buying about two cases (12 oz bottles) each week, consisting of four six-packs. However, on my recent purchase, one specific six-pack had an unpleasant taste in all six bottles, resembling something from the bottom of the barrel. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a strong pungent odor and sediment that resembled coarse ground black pepper, likely bits of rotten apple, which did not dissolve when swirled. I even took a photo of it in a coffee cup. Despite this issue, I remain a loyal customer but felt it necessary to address this experience. Overall, the product is usually good, but this particular instance was disappointing, especially considering the cost. I opted not to return it as I bought it in a different location and did not retain the receipt. Location: Dallas, Texas.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at your brewery due to the unprofessional behavior of your security guards. While I understand your policy about leaving pets unattended in cars, the way it was enforced was concerning. The guard's response about the car running and the comment about property versus human life were alarming. I believe I was abiding by the law and taking care of my dog properly. The situation escalated when the retired NYPD officer questioned my profession unnecessarily and seemed disrespectful. The entire encounter was handled poorly and could have been managed in a more professional manner. I hope this feedback helps in improving the conduct of your staff for future customers.

I was introduced to Angry Orchard by my daughter, and since then, it has become my go-to drink. I've shared it with many families and friends, who now call me "Angry Orchard" because of it. I would like Angry Orchard to recognize and appreciate my support by providing me with samples, t-shirts, or any other merchandise. I want to share pictures, calendars, and samples with people so they can also enjoy the drinks that I love. While Guinness was my previous favorite drink, Angry Orchard is now my number one choice. I hope my request will be considered, and I suggest increasing the alcohol percentage slightly. I buy the Explorer variety every week and have tried all the different flavors, as have my friends and family.

I purchased a 12-pack of Angry Orchard Hard Cider from Wal-Mart around a week ago. After regularly grabbing a beer from the box without fully examining it, I discovered a piece of glass in my hand today while reaching for another beer. It seems there was a broken bottle in the package, though the box was not wet. I'm concerned about the safety of the product as it could have caused harm, especially as I have three young children. I am open to sending back the broken bottle and box if you cover shipping costs. The product details on the box are UPC: [redacted]34, 0319CO7291E, DBW-OH-[redacted], Jan [redacted]. I enjoy Angry Orchard products but am considering switching brands if safety concerns persist. I look forward to a prompt response.

Dear Customer Service, I recently contacted you regarding an incident with Angry Orchard products purchased at Food City in Kingsport, TN. We discovered an improperly sealed bottle in a box we bought, with half of its contents missing and the box appearing moldy. Despite not usually being one to complain, as loyal consumers of Angry Orchard, my girlfriend and I suspect a bottling issue. I have photos, including the production date on the box, which I can send for verification purposes. Our main concern is the company's reputation rather than seeking refunds. Please see the details below: Andrew Crigger [redacted] [redacted] Ragsdale Street Kingsport, TN [redacted] [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter. Happy brewing! A.Crigger

Dear Angry Orchard, I wanted to express my love for your beer as a loyal customer. However, during my recent visit to my local liquor store, I found a sample case with 4 bottles of the Rose' beer in it, which was disappointing. While I enjoy your beer, I find the Rose' version to be less appealing. I chose not to purchase the sampler due to this and bought a Smirnoff sampler instead. I kindly request that you consider replacing the Rose' beer with any other of your fantastic offerings in the sampler boxes. I hope you see this feedback as constructive and not negative criticism. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Jonathan S. [redacted] [redacted]

I recently came across the distressing story about the mistreatment of an African American couple. I have been a loyal customer of Angry Orchard in San Rafael, CA. Your cider was a highlight at my wedding in May [redacted], and I also provided it at my granddaughter's wedding last weekend. Between these events and my wife's birthday bash, I've spent a significant amount on your products in the last 3 months. Regrettably, after learning about the discrimination these customers faced, I have decided to cease buying your items. Merely featuring an African American man on your website does not absolve this conduct. Angry Orchard must make amends for this wrongdoing. It's reminiscent of the Starbucks incident. For context, I am a 64-year-old Caucasian male. I strongly believe in supporting companies that uphold non-discriminatory practices and treat their clientele with dignity. Warm regards, Gary A.

I recently witnessed a distressing incident involving your security team at your establishment. They aggressively accused a Black guest of stealing a t-shirt, leading to the disruption of a marriage proposal and intimidating other guests. Although apologies were issued, they do little to remedy the situation. My partner and I have decided not to visit your establishment again upon leaving Maine, and we are also switching our cider preference. It is unfortunate as we used to exclusively choose your brand. The mishandling of the situation by your security team and their lack of customer service skills have left us deeply disappointed. While I do not believe it was racially motivated, the excessive and confrontational approach taken by your security officers, followed by a group display of intimidation towards the guests, is concerning. Regrettably, our once-beloved brand now symbolizes unreasonable and extreme behavior.

I am very disappointed with the way your security officers handled the couple accused of a missing T-shirt in NY. Security officers have tough jobs, but this group went beyond what is reasonable. The couple had a horrible experience with your company representatives. I hope you apologize to those who just wanted to have a memorable day. Please publish what your company will do to prevent future incidents like this. My wife and I will not use your products anymore, which is unfortunate as they used to be our go-to for home and socializing. Please remind your employees that treating customers with suspicion and threats (such as recording and taking photos) can have long-lasting and potentially economic consequences.

I recently purchased three 12-packs of cider from Sam's club and upon opening two bottles of the apple variety, I noticed they were unusually carbonated and fizzy, unlike the normal still cider I am used to. The taste was also off, which is uncommon based on my experience with this brand. I will be trying the pear and red apple flavors later to see if they are affected as well. As someone with over 25 years of experience making wine, ales, and porters, including my own hard cider, I am confident in recognizing when a batch is not up to standard. This inconsistency in quality in my recent purchase is concerning. - Norman Skiba

Hello, Yesterday, we purchased a 12 pack of Angry Orchard Ciders and unfortunately found that one of the bottles had broken during transit. The entire contents of the bottle had spilled out, leaving us with a lot of broken glass. To prevent any further spread of the glass, we carefully washed the residue and glass from the remaining 11 bottles, which we have retained. If needed, we can provide photos of the package showing the broken glass, as well as the receipt for verification purposes. We are wondering if it would be possible to receive a replacement bottle or a coupon for the lost item and the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your assistance. Les W.

Hello, I purchased a 12 pack variety of Angry Orchard Ciders recently and unfortunately one of the bottles was broken during delivery. The liquid had leaked out, leaving a lot of broken glass to clean up. To prevent any further mess, I washed the sticky residue and glass from the remaining 11 bottles and kept them. I have pictures of the package showing the broken glass and the receipt available if needed. Could you kindly replace the damaged bottle for us or provide a coupon to make up for the inconvenience and cleanup? Thank you for your assistance!

I found mold in my bottle after taking a sip. I had chilled the bottle in the freezer for 20 minutes and, upon drinking, felt something unpleasant in my mouth followed by a bitter taste. I immediately spit out the liquid, rinsed my mouth, and vomited. After expelling everything, I felt fine, although the taste lingered. Only one bottle from the pack was affected, but I now pour drinks into a glass first. I saved the mold in a jar in my fridge for reference.

I recently bought a 12-pack of Angry Orchard (the winter mix) and was disappointed with the quality. I opened 5 bottles for a gathering, and all 5 people who tried it said it tasted "off." When I poured one into a cup, there was very little fizz, unlike the usual experience. The taste also seemed sour rather than the crisp flavor I'm used to from Angry Orchard. The box had the following numbers: jun [redacted] p356 1 [redacted] 07 d bwn-pa-[redacted], and the UPC is [redacted]74. I made the purchase on Saturday, April 30, at Publix in Goose Creek, SC. I hope the company can address this issue as I'm a loyal fan of Angry Orchard and expect better quality.
