I order an ancestry DNA kit on **********. Mu order number is: *********. **Australia Post were unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address. It was subsequently 'returned to sender' to a post office box belonging to Star Track in St. Mary's, New South Wales.**I have contact Australia Post twice, and have been informed that there is nothing they can do, and that I have to contact the sender directly* hence why I am writing this email.**Can you please advise when my DNA kit is going to be re-sent to me, as I have already paid for this item in-full. Frankly I am disappointed to have received no communication from ancestry.com, and now having to chase this up myself. **Can you please confirm when my package will be re-sent.**My address is **** Clarendon Street, Thornbury, VIC ****, Australia**Regards,**David Kenny
