GetHuman-jmjcarme did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-jmjcarme fixed the problem
Closed out the website and opened a new ancestry.com app. **She already had an account. Logg *****She already had an account. Opened it and logged in. Followed the information which asked for her test's serial number. Filled in the number, then answered all the questions.*When she tried to follow your test signup instructions, she got into a loop the same way I did when I enrolled. Once you are into the loop, nothing else would work.
