I would like to NOT auto-renew my subscription. There is no "cancel subscription" option on "My Account" page. Site says I have to call customer service. I did and after entering last * digits of CC* and zip, it put me on hold to talk to a customer service rep. On hold ** min without any indicator of wait time. No option to request a call back. Tried changing my credit card * but the site won't permit a non-valid card. EXTREMELY ANNOYED!!!!
GetHuman-lentjes did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
