There is something wrong with new 'incapsula' (I'm not a robot) because it doesn't work no matter how many times I follow the instructions.*You need to remove this because is inexcusable for us customers to get into our own account. There has to be a much simpler way for ancestrydna customers to sign-in to their account. Please let me know about this and what you can do to make this process much easier, otherwise I will have to cancel my account.
