I send my issue and Ancestry keep sending the code to my landline phone which of course does not accept texts.**As I indicated, I started an account for my mother Ruth MaRIE Richardson Woodson but had to use my email address. My mom is now deceased and the system will not allow me to make an account of my own. It keeps sending a code to my landline which, of Course, doesn't accept texts. *The system will not allow me to start my own account because I have the same email address. lHow can we resolve this issue....I have been trying for months to get it resolved.
GetHuman-woodsonr did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
