After getting our DNA test results I cannot get into Ancestry.com

Help with my Ancestry.com issue

I was trying to see our DNA test results and access my account in ancestry.com ... Marcia Beal and I (Donald Beal) sent in our DNA tests using her g-mail address for her sample and I used my e-mail address for my sample. I have received messages saying our DNA results are ready. Since receiving the messages, everything comes up with her name, with a request that she join Ancestry.com. The account has been in my name for years, and now I can't log in, and when I go to look at my DNA results I get an error message and I cannot access them.
