The issue in GetHuman-chrisdra's own words
I signed up for a new account and free trial. I also gave my credit card information for the $** per month subscription. I signed up using my cell phone. I logged out. Now, I can not return on my cell phone or my computer. My computer says my credentials are not valid. It is also showing me an old email address and saved password for a previous free trial that I did not use. Please tell me how to log in, so I can begin to use my new account.
GetHuman-chrisdra did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
