The issue in GetHuman-rbmer's own words
My mother died on *-**-****. I just received a call from her bank saying that Ancestry.com had just billed her credit card for $**.**. I do not know if or when she joined Ancestry, and why there was a billing at this time. As her personal representative I went into Ancestry.com to check on her account status. I was told there was no account under her credit card number. Her name is Nancy Roverta Beymer. I need to make sure that she is no longer a member, if she indeed was. And she should not be charged for a service she could not have used.
GetHuman-rbmer did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
