Trying to activate an ancestry dna kit for my husband. Our e-mail is in my name and I can't seem to activate the test for him. He does not have an e-mail account in his name - we use mine for the both of us.
GetHuman-erhedges did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-erhedges fixed the problem
call Ancestry directly. I tried everything first - doing it myself, chat line and ended up speaking to a live person - problem was corrected on the second call. First call I was on line for ** minutes and got disconnected.
