Hi, I recently submitted a complaint via your web site, I am still waiting a response.**I will tell the story again.**I tried the free subscription and found it wasn't a lot of help as you were unable to access the information discovered by Ancestry, so I cancelled within a day or so. Checking my bank statements a couple of weeks ago I noticed I had been charged a months subscription I emailed your office and was told there was no record of my cancellation. Accepting the fact I had probably made a mistake I decided to use short time left on my sub. only to find the same problem, there would be information on a search, but when I try to open it I am directed to the subscription page about **% of the time, meaning I have to log off and back on a number of times to access the information, even then there were times I still couldn't access the information.**To be honest since using the paid subscription I was tempted sign up again as I found a lot of information I didn't find on other sites, but constantly logging in and out was doing my head in and there was some information which just would not open. **On my last email to you I simply asked if you could rectify this problem so as I may use the time left constructively.**Regards,**Duncan Mitchell email *****@***.com
