I submitted my Ancestry DNA Kit and it was received May * ****. Today June *, I called to check on why it shows "only received"! In speaking with a customer service rep "Tina", I was told it hasn't even begun to be processed after having it now for * weeks, this is totally unaccepatable!*I would like a full refund and will take my business to "**andme" .*My wife has done both Ancestry DNA last year and "**andme" the first of May of this year, she already has herhad her results after * weeks.**Ancestry is not giving excellent support service for your DNA testing. **Just refund my money and forget completeing the DNA results I sent in.**Jack Bennett******@***.com
