Help me please!! You need a new DNA sample and I am unable to sign into my account to request a new kit. I've tried my password and am told it is incorrect. I've requested an email to reset but never receive one (no, it's not in my spam). I try to create an account and my email address is already associated with an account! What the heck??? Help me please??? I need to request a new kit ........ Thank you!!! Beth
