I am expecting a confirmation email, at: *****@***.com ,but have received nothing* even my credit card was charged immediately (email confirmation)--I have received ZERO acknowledgement of my order or status. ... I tried taking this to customer support, but got a huge runaround--even wanting me to pay $* for something. Is this nonsense what I am to expect from Ancestry? Please tell me it isn't--or I'll sadly cancel.
Just get in touch with me--confirm my World Explorer status--and send me whatever intro email I'm entitled to.
As far as I can tell, I am not even a customer yet (even though my credit card was charged.)
