My subscription ended May *, ****. I had to change my billing information, which I have done. I'm worried about losing my subscription because the billing dept. has not bothered trying to collect their money. I keep getting a message stating my subscription will expire soon, if I don't update my billing information. My billing information was updated at * days ago. Please don't allow me to canceled.
GetHuman-iamshort did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
