I am a paid subscriber, but I cannot access my tree. It still considers me a guest. I have tried all the options in the Accounts and Billing troubleshooting. Under History, it says Ancestry was recently closed. Please email a free solution that does not require me to purchase anything.
GetHuman-downear did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
