The issue in GetHuman-jandec's own words
On Saturday **th June at Richmond Ca station, we boarded train *** for Merced on the San Joaquins line, with reservation number **D*** which was for * passengers, Ellie Clarke and James Clarke. *This train did not leave for over * hours.*We missed our connection at Merced with the YARTS bus to our accommodation in El Portal.*We had to hire a taxi from Merced to get us there instead.*The taxi ride cost us $***.** US.*We are requesting that you refund us that amount.*If you wish, we can provide you with the ticket number of the Yarts run which we missed, and a receipt for the taxi fare. However, the conductor on that train was fully aware of our dilemma, and knew that we were searching for a taxi to get to El Portal, therefore we believe this should be taken in good faith.*Please pay the refund of $***.** to the account we used to book the original reservation, number **D***. *Yours sincerely Ellie Clarke
