This situation has left me confused about the value of the coupons I receive from you. I was excited about trying your XL e-cigarette and purchasing it online for the special price of $19.99. Unfortunately, this experience has made me wary of investing in a company that may have payment problems. Despite the coupons being valid, the salesperson refused to honor them. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and exclusively use Kodiak Wintergreen. I go through about 8-10 cans per week, as do most of my truck drivers. I've noticed a significant price difference for Kodiak between Georgia, where I pay around $5 per can, and South Florida where it costs $9. Despite the price increase, I remain committed to the product. However, some Ingles grocery stores in North Georgia occasionally have stale Kodiak cans, and I think they should improve their inventory management. Considering the substantial amount I spend on your products weekly, I would appreciate receiving some coupons or promotional items like a Kodiak-branded hat or poster for my trucking company office. Hello, my name is Perry Fant from Mt. Pleasant, SC, located near Charleston, SC. I recently purchased 5 cans of Wintergreen Grizzly Pouches from 3 different gas stations within the last 5 days. Unfortunately, upon opening each can, I discovered that about 4-7 pouches in every can had open ends, some fully and some partially. This is concerning as I typically use two pouches at a time, leaving me with only one usable pouch per can. Not only is this inconvenient, but it is also causing me to waste money. I reside near Utica, NY, and have visited numerous stores in both NY and PA in search of Kodiak Wintergreen snuff. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find a single can. I have been a loyal customer for over two decades and am concerned about the availability of this product. Have production ceased or is there a shortage causing the scarcity? I've been enjoying Grizzly longcut wintergreen, but I've noticed a decline in product quality over the last 6 months. When I open a brand-new can, I often find sticks, stems, and large chunks of unground leaf, some up to 1 inch in size. I've been a long-time user of this product, and the decline is disappointing. I prefer the older bright orange cans for visibility in low-light settings. The company should consider bringing back those colors or maybe even trying lime green cans.
