A service technician has already come out and told me that my water heater needs to e replaced. I have waited all day for a call from AHS and the person said she would call me back. I have been without hot water for a week now and I would like to know when this problem will be resolved. I have been with this service over ** years and pay monthly on time. *Bestway Mechanical came out on Tuesday, Oct ** **** and performed the service.**I cannot wash clothes, cook, wash dishes or take showers in cold water.
