I have been an AHS member for over ** years and I have * properties with AHS. I'm having a real issue with property at **** S. Church St., Jonesboro, AR ***** which is a rental property. The Air conditioner first stopped working in July. AHS sent someone out a few days after I made the request and fixed one problem. I paid over $*** for my tenants to stay in a hotel until the AC was fixed. A week or so later something else went wrong with the AC and again I put in a service request and AHS sent someone out a few days later to fix that problem. Again I paid for my tenants to stay in a hotel a couple of nights. Right before Labor Day, the AC went out again--this time the Compressor! Again I put in a service request and paid again for a service call which was supposed to be refunded to me but never was. I have a recorded VM from an AHA customer service rep stating the service fee would be returned but it hasn't been. Three weeks later--three weeks mind you in HOT early September weather in Arkansas my tenants did without AC! We purchased window units and I forgave their rent due to the lack of AC. I've been out over $**** in lost rental income, service charges from AHS and purchasing window AC units. Now the service provider Rescue My Air wants $*** for freon for the AC. I feel AHS is grossly taking advantage of me and I want something done about this situation! One has to wait for over an hour to actually speak with a customer service rep (and calling those folks customer service reps is a joke because they do nothing to assist a customer! I have asked two different times to speak to a supervisor and*or to have a supervisor call me to no avail. AHA customer service is HORRIBLE! I demand someone in authority call me at ***-***-**** to resolve my concerns. Renee Jeffery Smith
