As I was going through the charges, etc on my bank statement I found that I was being charged twice in the months of September, ****, $**.**, P************* and September **, **.**, P*************. This also happened in the months of August , **.** and **.**, in July, **.** and **.**, Same charge and I suppose the policy numbers. That is as far back as I went in bank statements. If I went farther back would I find the same thing? why am I being charged twice a month? I only have one policy that I know of. Can this be resolved? I would also like, for my records, all the information, warranty, etc on the heating and cooling system that was in installed this year.
