My air conditioner stopped working. The vendor, US Air, could not fix the problem because he doesn't fix ductwork. The customer service girl I finally got a hold of wanted me to pay an additional service fee to call out another vendor. I asked to speak to the supervisor. They couldn't get ahold of the escalation department and she said a supervisor would call me back. Of course, that didn't happen (this was three-hour phone call where mostly I was on hold). I called again yesterday and waited for another * hours before giving up. I need someone to fix this problem before my house catches on fire. I couldn't run the heater for the past two extremely cold days because the vent return needs to be replaced so It doesn't **** in the insulation which is combustible. Most heating and air conditioning people do it all. Since I don't have any control over your contractors I don't think I should pay another $***.** because your choice wasn't able to fix the problem. This is my first experience with a home warranty service and I AM NOT IMPRESSED with your customer service waiting times and failure to respond. Please let me know what you are going to do about this situation. To be clear the attic intake cover for the ductwork is ripped off. A quick phone call to another company let me know that the entire thing needs to be replaced. I'm cold. And not happy. What can you do?*Cathy Henriquez*******************@***.com
