Both units were originally installed when the condos were built ** years ago. ASH refused to service the units because it does not comply with the current requirements of the size of the unit. Based on today's standards, both units have to have a bigger capacity. I understand that ASH does will not replace the units, however, I'm asking at least to fix it by replacing the part that was broke.
Please, repair the problem as it is very hot without the A*C and the water is leaking from the broken unit into the basement.
I have switched more than a year ago to ASH believing your salesperson speech that I will be better covered.
