we have spoken with customer service five or six times. On four occasions they said they would have a supervisor contact us within ** hours -- which has never happened.**I had a chat with someone ten days ago and still no contact to resolve our issue**We have had an AC unit down for * weeks. The service company (who is the only ones to work on these units and sent by AHS) claims there are parts missing. We have never opened nor removed any parts.**AHS had a second service company sent out who agrees with us that AHS should repair.**We have been without air conditioning in Florida for * months and cannot get resolution nor speak with someone who can resolve this appropriately.**HELP
