Dear AHS, On Thursday evening May *nd I made a website service request for our water heater. Our contract number is ********* in Colorado. I promptly received a text indicating the service vendor, Mountain Drains LLC , would be contacting me within the next ** business hours. At the end of the business day on Tuesday May *th (** business hours later) I had not received any contact from them to inquire of our problem or attempt to schedule an appointment. Tuesday evening, I contacted AHS to cancel my service request due to me no longer being available for an extended time. I am disappointed with the lack of follow through with this particular vendor and thought you should know for quality assurance. Thanks. Jeff Bailey
