My mom Cheryl Dianne Hodges has an AHS account (**********) but passed away on Dec.*th ****. I am her daughter and the executor of her will. On Jan *th I had a live chat with Skylor A. stating I would like to cancel the contract as of Dec. *th, receive a refund for auto debit taken out of her account on Dec **th for $**.**, and stop future auto payments. He said he requested the refund, took out the payment info for the auto debit, and that someone would call me regarding canceling the contract, but no one has called. I have also tried to call several times but the wait time has been so long I had to hang up. Can you verify if the account has been closed?
