Our air conditioner went out on Tue May **. We put in a request for service, paid the service fee and a contractor came out on Wednesday the **th and determined that the unit needed a new capacitor and new compressor. The reports approval and parts order didn’t go out until Thursday the **th around noon. It wasn’t until the following Thursday the **nd that the contractor showed up with the parts to repair the ac. The compressor that was shipped was bad! A remanufactured part that was no good! Three different technicians tried to get the ac going and couldn’t. So then we had to put in another ticket for a call back to work on the same issue, even though the first ticket had not been resolved. Now we are in a heat wave situation in West Texas where the temperatures have been in the triple digits ************ extreme heat! We have four kids who cannot be in this house! It makes my wife and I feel sick and heat exhausted to be in here even with fans on! It’s been ** days and we’re still waiting on parts to be shipped hoping they’ll be good parts this time! This is absolutely ridiculous **** poor service that’s actually created a dangerous condition not safe at all!
