to get them to call me but i did not receive there codes ... My microwave has been unable to use since April *th.The ge service tech came out and said the door was the problem that did not fix the problem again I waited The ge tech told me after coming out again there were parts he had to order and he would be back in two weeks.I just got a phone call from Ge telling my parts are on backorder and I may get some time in June.I can not wait any longer AHS should replace my Microwave or allow me to purchase on my own AHS to me gets an d rating.I waited for ever for my refrigerator to be taken care of and now my microwave not good.
