I have been a customer for quite some time but I am having trouble accessing my account today. Yesterday, when I tried to log in, I could not write a message in the Mother's Day cards I selected. I am legally blind and I use software like JAWS and Fusion to read the computer screen. The system is also prompting me to update my browser, but I am unsure what steps to take next.
