The issue in GetHuman-acarli's own words
waiting on a supervisor to call me back to waive the **.** fee for the american express card. Was told someone would call me back in ** hours and that was over a day ago. Still extremely upset that I was not called back and that I feel ignored.

GetHuman-acarli did not yet indicate what American Express should do to make this right.
