I used a ATM two weeks ago on Thursday *******, and disputed the charge because the connection to the host time out, and I did NOT receive my funds. I contacted the store manager and she confirmed that the connection timed out and I did NOT receive my funds. I was told that it take up to ** business days for a dispute to be completed. I have patiently been waiting for my funds because I know I did NOT receive my funds, only for American Express SErve to email saying that the case has been closed because the owner of the ATM confirmed that funds was issued. I mean every ATM has a camera and also the store has video footage, and the manager confirmed that funds were not issued. I wonder what kind of investigation was done. I re-opened my dispute and was told that it would be another ** business days AGAIN! I have used this card for * years and NEVER had a problem until now, and they will not even issue my funds or apparently correctly investigate this right!
