Unnecessary charges derbited against my account while the account was paid in full with no outstanding balance. I want the problem resolved by closing the account

I didn’t try to do anything. ... I settled my account which was owing R**,***.** on ** Sept ****. On the ** Oct **** the bank charged my account R***.** on finance charges includ internet banking. On the ** Oct **** there was additional charges to the amount of R**.** excluding a transaction to the value of R***.** which paid Audible ( never authorized this transaction). I would like all these charges to be reversed as they are unjustifiable, thereafter I would like this account to be closed with immediate effect.
This is frustrating because I found the charges serviced against my account were unlawful and unwarranted. Hence I need the account to be closed for good

I have been a customer for over eight years now
I tried calling, only a robot to answering machine takes calls which does not address the problem
I have an issue with American Express too
