To whom it may be concerned,**Please accept this letter as an official complain in regards to the case that I have opened.*Case *NZV*****I have opened this case couple months ago and constantly the case has became closed and I had to call back again and have it renewed again.**I don’t think this is fair practice the way they are handling this transaction and the services I have been receiving from the reps over the phone.*I paid for this hotel and when I got there the hotel room was nasty so I left immediately and the front desk people told me that their manager is not there and I have to dispute the transaction from my financial institution.*I called you guys right at that moment, explained the whole situation and your rep recommended me to leave and as soon as the transaction is posted to the account she will go ahead and start the process of dispute. *I trust the rep in American Express and left to a different hotel as it was snowing and it was late at night.**I wanted to report this incident that as a financial institution your recommendations are kept for granted and I trusted the advise I got, I am sure if I were to use my other financial institution card I would never had to go through all of these.*I paid for a standard room and was was offered to me was was a nasty room with dirty towels and bad smell as people were smoking there before.*I don’t think this is fair that I had to pay for something that was not what I signed up for. Overtime i call you i have to stay on the phone with different representative and they always say that sort the case was closed you have to reopen again, i work hard ** hours a day and I don't have so much of times to spend on the phone explaining the worst experience I have had to the reps over the phone going over and over the same subject. This transaction was processed with the card so i am sure that the Reg E would support this.**I expect you to immediately take action to resolve this issue with the dispute.
