For the last * months (and maybe *) when I make a payment online, I get a reply email that is one of the most ridiculous things you can imagine. The message says Thank you for your payment BUT THE FONT SIZE IS ***! That's not an exaggeration. I hit forward so that I could measure it in Outlook. It's so large I can't print off a copy of my emailed payment receipt for my records. Previous to this, the email that I got was one page, very concise, very professional. Now, I get something that is completely unusable and NOT the type of communication anyone would expect from American Express. If you would like me to forward this email to you, please contact me at the email address below and I will gladly do so. I called Customer Service last month and it's easy to see that my complaint went nowhere. Maybe you're more capable. Thank you.
