I'm an American Express Serve account customer I have had a recent transaction sent to me on a Google pay app that normally would have you link your debit or Bank information so debit card or bank in order for you to send and receive Monies. when linking these cards there are only certain transactions each specific function of the card can do for instance I wanted to receive a money transfer by email from a friend of mine in the amount of $** to which she sent it to my email and in the Google pay app it allowed it to go to my default payment for receiving money which happened to be the bank account that I linked and the bank account that I linked what happened to belong to my American Express Serve prepaid debit card account which normally the prepaid debit cards are not allowed to be linked as a payment method on Google Play no exception either in receiving the money it came into the bank account that I set up and I set it up using the direct deposit information from my American Express Serve account card. My question then would be where is this transaction why is it not showing on both the American Express Serve app that I have or allowing me to check it in any other way through customer service because your Twitter feed for live chatting with a customer service rep is no longer a valid one your mail system takes way too long longer than I want to care to wait for the money to come through and I tried to contact you in all possible ways offered to me through the service access and there are no life people to talk to on the app it does not show this as a pending transaction and I know that through Google talking to Google customer service two times and making sure to update its information of customer and banking information on their computer systems that by receiving this on Friday evening at *:** it was sent to me by my friend and received immediately on my Google Gmail account linked to my Google pay app when it was received through the system as a transaction it removed this amount of money is of $** from my friend's bank account which is not from Google and not the bank account in question for today and tells Google by updating its information that their end of this transaction is complete now the next step is for the receiving party or receiving bank account bank to then receive this amount of money and post this to the account so that the correct person's account and the account holder are able to utilize an access these funds however because they linked a direct deposit account information for checking account along with my prepaid debit card I'm wondering why I'm still not seeing the transaction it still has not been deposited and both my friends bank and the customer service reps that work for Google have assured me that it should be depositing in that supposed account and beans and it's linked as a direct deposit routing number and account number to my prepaid debit card I would think that it would show as a posting or pending transaction before it posts and is available for me to utilize the funds that I would be able to see some type of a paper trail I have yet to see an update from the bank to rollover this deposit of $** into my American Express Serve it is already been a few days and I would really appreciate if now that I've waited the two to three days. That Google asks you to wait an average beans that Friday Saturday and Sunday have already passed by even though it Friday was sent after my regular banking hours when will this amount of money of $** be fully deposited and transaction completed for the money transfer sent through my Gmail link to my ameriserve card to my Google pay app? I know that's a lot to ask if you need any additional information since as the transaction number or I would be more than happy to provide that for you this money was given to me as a gift while starting a new job from my aunt my great-aunt she's my friend but she's also a family member and we are both kind of greatly upset at the non functionality of how this is worked out and are hoping that on this end of the American Express Serve customer service yeah and I'll be half of an American Express company could give us a indication of when those funds will finally be available for use
