To Whom It May Concern, Regarding account ending in [redacted] under Mrs. Angela Hamilton's name, I would like to address discrepancies in receiving the £5 credit for the shop small promotion. Despite visiting various establishments with my American Express card during the promotional period, I did not receive the credit at the following places in Glasgow: - Celinos on December 8th - The Good Spirits Co on December 9th - Balbirs on December 14th - The Big Mouth Coffee Co on December 15th Additionally, I encountered issues as some advertised shop small venues did not accept American Express cards, such as Paesano, Pianola, Via Italia, and a few others whose names I cannot recall. I kindly request the proper credit be applied to my account for the uncredited transactions and urge for an additional goodwill credit due to the inconvenience faced as a loyal customer. Each month, I encounter the same issue regarding payment reminders for my monthly minimum amount. Despite reassurances from customer service representatives promising to address my card problems, update my address, and issue a new card, the matter remains unresolved. Following each payment, communication ceases until the next cycle of requests for payment renewal. Due to the lack of a new card, I am unable to access my account and pass the security verification process. The absence of an updated card reflects the unchanged address details on file. This ongoing struggle has persisted for several months without resolution. The upcoming payment of £56 represents a significant increase from the previous £10-£20 monthly requests. I confirm that until these outstanding issues are rectified this month, I will not proceed with this payment.

I recently received a letter from Amex stating that my account may be closed due to inactivity, leading to a loss of my accumulated avios miles. I regularly use my account, so I am surprised by this notice. I have close to 20,[redacted] avios in my rewards balance. Can you verify if there have been any mistakes in crediting my rewards? I have spent over £11,[redacted] in the past nine months; therefore, I find it hard to believe that my account is considered inactive. Thank you. G. Job
